Non GUI User/Profile Boot Menu?
Ok ... Here is what I am trying to do ... I want to set up a local user/profile that when they log in at the prompt it goes directly to a Non GUI menu with 3 or 4 options (i.e. Ping, TraceRoute, Netconfig, Ifconfig, Log out) I don't want them to be able to do anything but what I put on the menu...- bigdog0007

Remote Shutdown Windows from Linux???
I did my best to find this on another tread but I couldn't find it ... so sorry if it is a dup. What i am trying to do is shutdown Multiple windows machines at the same time remotely from a linux box. *Case in point* I have 20 windows computers in a school computer lab.
