Is there a way to disable the hands free answer capability on my IP office system? Have had a situation that the user accidently turned on the hands free answer. Obviously the result was that the caller could then hear anything said in the vicinity of the phone. I can't find a setting to disable...
I have a centralized system with a 412 host. I have 13 other locations connected with a mixture of 401, 403 and 406 units. All units are on the same version 3.2.54. If I have to reboot my 412 at the main location, it will go into a constant reboot mode when it starts connecting the WAN port...
Anyone have an idea why the Voicemail service just stops. The event viewer is as follows:
Faulting application vmprov5svc.exe, version 3.2.28.0, faulting module cc3250mt.dll, version 5.0.1.80, fault address 0x000508e0
Restarting service works fine. Can't find any pattern to the service...

My Auto Attendant will not ring any extensions. When AA prompts callers to enter the ext they are trying to reach, the system just stops. It's like AA is not talking to IP Office. I am running a 412 system with IP Office 3.1.65 loaded and VM Pro.
