Is it necessary to rout the E-lan and T-lan with a CS1000MG 6.0? Can the registration of ucm members still be accomplished? and if so how did you do it?

Verify the firmware issue is the same as the sets that are working. I have also ran into some bad firmware versions out there. Did you use a config cradel to config? If not i would suggest using one, this eliminates any fat finger entries.

Check your wireless access points, I had the same issue a week or so ago. I rebooted the wlan switch and it worked just fine. I would also see if the end users are able to use the wireless for data connectivity.

Just figured it out "No schedual block configured" Everything works fine, it never had anything to do with Idle-set display. Thanks everyone for your help

Actually, I just installed a 3904 added it to symposium and logged out. The display showed the Idle-set info and "logged out" under it, 60 sec later the logged out disapears and idle set display info remained. Its driving me crazy what the problem is.

Anyone had this problem, 4.5, symposium express and all 2616 sets.

Is there a way to completely disable the Idle-set display function? I turned off Nortel Branding,I did not put anything in the idleset display gate openers. I loose the "logged out" on the agent phones.

The idle-set display works everywhere, my agent phones goes blank and you lose the "logged out", it seems when the idleset display kicks on. I can change the idle-set display and it does not chane the results.

Im on 4.5 the sets a 2616, when the agent logs out of the q,the display shows "Logged out" but then idleset display kicks in and it disapears. I dont know how to disable idle-set-display completely. Could this be the cause, and how do I disable idleset display and not just put blank information...

Correct, I must recant the statement "Everynight" It is random evenings we are getting the SLIPR. It seems to have arrived when we upgraded to 5.0. Like I said we recently upgraded to 5.5. I really want to say its the carrier. Can you or anyone explain SLIPR?
