Caller ID over PRI Trunk Between Cisco Call Manager and Avaya IP Office ver. 9x
DS3 Between 2 sites, call manager on one end with gateway, Cisco Router on my end with a PRI handoff to my Avaya via CTRL card. I have a Line group for all 8XXX extensions to route out that PRI. Caller ID over PRI Trunk Between Cisco Call Manager and Avaya IP Office ver. 9x
I have an Avaya IP Office ver. 9.1.X with a PRI trunk over a WAN connection communicating with a Cisco Call Manager, currently I am getting extension and Name from the Cisco Call Manager but they only get Extension from my Avaya system, the Short Code I am currently using is 8NSE.
