Phone Manager Pro and Softphone. I cannot pickup an inbound call
I have an IP Office Manager v 5.2 and Phone manager Pro 3.0.13. I have licenses for PM and audio enabbled (VOIP). I am connecting using a Shrew VPN client to a Juniper SSG20. Veritas 9.1 New Sony AIT-2 cannot access tapes
Hi Steveot: I have done all of above to no avail. I still get the device configuration wizard not knowing what type of drive my Sony 80g drive is (it sees it however). Then when I go to choose a type, I select AIT as that is the closest since AIT-2 is not an option...but again this choice...- jenit

Veritas 9.1 New Sony AIT-2 cannot access tapes
I have just installed a replacement Sony internal scsi tape drive. Replaced 36g AIT with 80g AIT-2. I can see the drive in Bup Exec, but cannot get to a tape. All inventory,erase,rename and label options fail. I have also noticed when I try to config the drive I do not get an option for...- jenit
