    You have to hit the space bar, just as the "Running Post" is just about finished. That should get you into the bootrom. Once there, you want to type config none, then reboot. It's all in the timing of hitting the space bar just at the right time.

    Not real familiar with Vista yet, but if there is an XP machine there you can log onto and try, then you can rule out if it is a Vista issue. My guess is that they tightened up the Group Policies on the domain. Doesn't matter if you are a domain admin, they can still apply policies to you.

    Try giving Everyone Full Control at the share level. I don't think READ is enough for the user's profile to be copied

    Don't create a new folder for the user. Just delete the old profile. Let the system create the roaming profile folder on the server the first time he logs on. See if that does anything.
