    Hi, Thanks for your response. Before we "split" the phone system callers pushed "*" and got to the general delivery mailbox automatically. No need to enter the mailbox number. Seeing that that is not the norm, I can change the message and ask callers to push an extension. Best, Adrian

    Extension "Not in Service"

    That's correct. When I dial that extension I get a "not in service" We can call out from that extension, and the number rings along with the rest of the phones. We just can't transfer calls or connect through the intercom. Thanks Adrian
