You shouldn’t need the 9 that you’re using in the first image. We usually will make an entry with the county code 1 and without. This would be dependent on what your trunking provider provides.
Additionally, I would double check you incoming route (IC RT) unless it really is 1.
Doesn’t seem within the cards to keep supporting PRI. It’s nice to have the redundancy in case Verizon nukes their network which they’ve done a couple times but at 6 figure additional price tag because of “tariffs” as they claim. My organization would probably have a better ROI fully adopting a...
We are about 70% SIP and 30% PRI. For the lost part we follow the plan you have above. I think ultimately it comes down to Verizon as a SIP carrier and the lack of support for FoIP. The Grandstream handy telephone 802 ATAs are setup with G711 pass through and we get random communication errors...
We recently got a notice from our PRI(ISDN) provider that they will hiking the price up 200% in a months time. With that price increase I know will come the ask to move everything to SIP. We are heavily dependent FAX organization due to healthcare. Looking for advise on how to alter our NEC...
It’s been awhile since we updated the firmware on our ITK-8LCX-1 models. The latest firmware we had was 2.5.0. We got 3.0.3 but it fails every time. I know in the past we had to do sequential upgrades . Example to get to 2.5.0 from 2.4.0 you had to upgrade to 2.4.9 first. Is that still the case?
We’ve had no issues getting by phones from our distributor, but that’s about all organization is willing to purchase with NEC exiting the region in the near future.
We’re experiencing an issue on the DT900 line of phone's. The recording application on the phones stops streaming to the DVS Encore recording server, if the user reboots/unplugs their phone from power. When the phone comes back up headset mode still remains enable and breaks the phones ability...
We were asked to conference three paging systems that way our public safety just has to provide the over head page twice. We are using an SV9500. Two of the systems are programmed as virtual stations call forward all to POTS line and the last one is setup as a trunk.
Basically we are looking...
We ended up resolving this with our distributor. Since the services weren’t stopped correctly before reboot the EOSN Service was not working correctly with the Telephony Event service.
The following resolved the problem
1) Stop E-OSN Server Service
2) Stop OW5000 TephonyEvent Service
3)...
Hello All
We have gotten a constant request to deploy soft phones in our SV9500 environment and while testing the MLC I think it would be a good solution except for the fact that I can’t figure out how to get the application to ring through the laptops speaker instead of their headset. It...
we recently needed to apply windows patches on our OW5000 server running on a windows server 2016 VM. After rebooting and applying patches, our UCE E-OSN clients are reporting server not connected even though they get the test notification when I send a test call through the OW5000 webui. Not...
It appears to be a tandem trunk issue. Checked ARRC and all trunks are allowed to connect to each other (Even the PRI D Channels). Not sure where to look next.
We currently ar experiencing a unique issue on our SV9500 platform with call transfers. When our UA5200 dterms built as an RSC of a 7 try to transfer a caller to an extension to that is call forward to cellphone outside the building, it calls the cellphone briefly then hangs up and recalls the...
