Thanks Pepp and Critchey. The folks that sold me the system are telling me that it's complicated and that they need to do the service call for me. I think I'll try making the change myself as you've both described and worst case set it back and have the pros take care of it. Will report back...- Muntz

Thanks Pepp. The line provider is a small local company and he told me that I'd need to make changes on my end...but there's a good chance he doesn't actually know that for sure since he doesn't touch systems.- Muntz

Hello, We want to save some money here and are looking at reducing our PRI b channels from 23 down to 11. Service provider is onboard and ready to go. We're using IP Office 8.1 and the PRI is the only outside line type that we have. All 23 channels are both marked as Incoming and Outgoing...- Muntz
