Hi I had the same problem, pinting in word was ok, but not in IE5.5. I did the following: at the workstation I uninstalled the printers. Then I deleted the drivers in the system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\2 directory. I reinstalled the printers under admin credentials on another machine and tested...- geertl
