Stop users downloading Programs from Net

Blackberry server in US, RIMS in India?
Hi, As per RIM, thier official provider in India is Barth cell net or something like that name. Airtel is not a service provider for BB's in first place, hence RIM handheld wont pick up signals nor will the network (Airtel) will allow it pass the message to your BES.
