    Hi - I made distribution list's for people within the office, but they have asked if there's a way to have recipients only see the distribution list name appear instead of all the addresses appear when the email is opened. Is this possible? Thanks ahead of time :) Monty.

    Thanks Marc - Dude I never would've seen it if it wasn't for your last post. I didn't know about the Advanced Properties in the user. The Advanced Properties wasn't checked off so it didn't open when the user's properties were open. YOU RO_CK DUDE!!! THANKS FOR THE HELP!!! =+) Monty.

    Thanks for the reply Marc =) I tried to search the help as well as properties in exchange and the properties within user profile. Just no luck on finding the proper right click to hide the user. Any thoughts on where the hide may be. Thanks Again Marc. Monty.
