    Thank you! I've just been reading and that feature is not mentioned - but the software is a free trial so I've got nothing to lose. Do you have a model of USB or wireless headset you would recommend? I've used Plantronics and Jabra headsets with Microsoft's OCS with good results. Paul

    Short answer - yes. Long answer - I have 15 lines on a partial T1. Lines 17 to 20 are the tie lines. If you make a call out trying to use tie line to CO, line 17 and one CO line both light up for just a moment - then drop. Paul

    Interesting. I setup a spare DID to go to 195 directly. Called it from my cell phone, it worked perfectly. 91 1 604 xxx xxxx dialed out as expected, call connected, no problems. Hmmm - why will it not allow my tie lines to call out via DISA? Paul

    Me too - but I spoke to a guy in Calgary who says he has it working 100% with no problems, (Asterisk to Panasonic IP-GW). From what I'm reading, I 'think' there's a bug in the very latest h323 (ooh323) in Asterisk and that's what causing the calls to drop. I might try going back a few versions...
