    Hey genenranae2k, Thanks for the nice tip. I can get that to go, but is there an easy way to automate the process? I open the query and output it to a Word doc with no problem, but at the same time, I would like the Word doc to open and be ready to mail. Any thought? Thanks, Paul K.
