Outlook Express..lost identities..
since, i cant open my OE, i also cant run Backup Wizard. Everytime i tried to execute OE Backup Wizard, an error message pops up saying, "The wizard cannot locate Outlook Express Data. Please run Outlook Express at least once.- jinggoy

hello there, brodie, thanks a lot..but i forgot to tell you that my main problem now is that i cannot execute my Outlook Express..everytime i run it, the identity login window pops up..and since no identity is found, I tried creating a new one, but as what i said, it can't be done..so, what...- jinggoy

guys, i hope you can help me..i was reading some mails when suddenly my PC shutdowned..after my PC rebooted, my identities were lost..and when i tried creating a new one, it just can't be done..with that, i cannot access my contacts, mails, etc. so i cannot retrieve them through OE BAckup wizard...- jinggoy
