Send external emails through a server. How ???
Thanks for all your help. I have solved the problem. Within Small Business Server there is an Internet Connection Wizard that allows you to configure SMTP and POP3 mail. It's not very clear and tucked away but it worked. Its frustrating because you can also configure email/internet connections...- mtbeacham

The SBS Server uses exchange. I am struggling to understand how it fits toether however still trying. From reading an article I have used the DNS Management Console and just added the ip addresses of my ISP servers to the list of forwarders but still no luck. I want to send emails from Outlook through our business server to an ISP dial up account. It doesn't work. I try to manage a LAN of 30 PC's running w2k / office2k all connected to our central server running Small Business Server 2000. Everyone uses Outlook for internal emails. Currently...- mtbeacham
