    Replaced 7310 w/ 7316 -volume issue

    all: i replaced a few phones yesterday and a couple of them were 7310's; i replaced them with 7316's. Now when they call out their volume is REALLY low - you can barely hear them... any thoughts? i already looked at the "use set volume". thanks in advance.
