xpressions question
I don't know if this will work, but in PhoneMail, if i turn the secondary number into a ported number, and both primary and secondary are listed in the mailbox, the MW light will illuminate in two locations. I do have Xpressions Compact but have not been asked to have a light in more than one...- MrPBX

I agree that a reset should do the trick. Also, if you can get your hands on a copy of Manager E, life would be better. Block Incoming Calls?
I ventured down this road before and was told there wasn't a way to block specific incoming numbers. It seems that can only be done on a cell phone at this point. However, you can report the calls to your local carrier (with Verizon in NY, you dial the 'hotline' number and follow the prompts).- MrPBX
