    Okay I have another hardrrive that i am going to install and watch the system boot up. This is to verify whether the controller is fried as well. If it comes up and the lan ports are turned on then I'll have to rebuild the database again because there wasnt a backup made that I can locate.

    On occasions when our customers dial the voicemail hunt group directly from a speed dial and delete a message the mwi stays on. Then I have to tell them to use the message button to delete the 'call back' message sent to the phone to turn off the flashing light.

    How can I monitor what digits are being sent to my 3300 remotely? The only access to it is the https port. I just need to know what digits to strip or add and the managers of the avaya system it is connecting to are slow to respond.

    Delay in outbound calls

    One more thing, in the digit strings form there was a 1 +10 digit to follow entry. I think that was causing a decision making process for certain calls that were follow a 1888 +7, 1866 +7, and 1800 +7. I believe the tech before was trying to make sure all 1800 went to the local trunks.
