    Anyone out there figure out a way to set the policy on a stging job so that it copies data to tape at a specified time? IE I want mine to migrate to tape when I know the tape is in the drive and will not be overwritten rather than at some interval after the job starts or ends.

    I'm trying to get arcserv 2000 on win 2k to back up a remote agent on a netware server, it is netware 6.5, and the agent is 7.00 build 178.001 Every time the server starts a backup the netware box abends? I do get a smdr error message when nwagent starts, but can't figure this out.

    I was actually thinking that in the near future with VS 8 having more control over the firewall/security features, and those features being set correctly is just as important often as correct DAT versions are. We do currently use the NAI servers as failbacks.
