    How can I hide a directory entry in IP Office 500

    I completed the update for hiding the users, but I cannot see where you hide hunt groups, which are showing up in my directory listing. I have looked at all of the screens available under Hunt Groups and check the Help for each screen but nothing seems to show how to turn this off in the directory.

    Thanks for the help. I had used the F1 key and read through the fields but it just did not register with me that EX DIRECTORY was what I was looking for. Sometimes it just helps to have it pointed out. Next time I will read a little more carefully. Once again, Thanks.
