You can not copy data between storagepolicies. Yet you can create a auxcopies within a stroage policy and mark jobs to be copied from one copy to another. Jobs - not tapes.- Sahut

You can use CDR to replicate files. It works well. You can even use CDR to replicate SQL DBs while in Simple mode.
