    My HP laptop came with WIN 8 64 bit and I have loaded SV8500 PCPRO and SV8300 PCPRO and MATWORX Ver.13. Got them working with a US robotics USB modem, PN:USR5637 includes CD with software and drivers. To get the above 3 programs loaded as 32 bit, I put the CD in and told it " take no action"...

    Neax 2400 outbound calls on hold

    ASYD Check System 1, index 156. make it 32 HEX. also Check System 1, index 157. make it 32 HEX. Then test your outgoing trunks and it should be able to transfer or put on HOLD , after 2 seconds. AZrichard
