Actually on mine it immediately pushed the call to mobile and never rang the deskphone when I set it to 0.
The twinning function seems to be acting like a forward on no answer but that function is not enabled for the users individually.
Could it be a system-wide setting that causes the issue? I can't imagine it would be an individual user basis if it happens to everyone in the company.
The problem with the vendor is they keep claiming that AT&T is the problem even on multiple different issues.
