carry chapter# next to the page# in the TOC
I am unable to carry the chapter# next to the page number to the TOC. I have successfully formatted the TOC and haqve set up my chapter numbering using the Format>Document>Numbering but it does not show up in the TOC. What am I doing wrong? Please help.
