Thanks for all your suggestions guys. Thanks Cluebird, I used a different emulator and it worked. I was also able to salvage a couple of used 1711s and an 1811 from my office pool. Might not have to use the 2600s afterall but I just wanted to get the feel of the serial ports as I've read about... -
