Dreamweaver topmargin=0 not working

upgrade to CS 3 question
hey everyone.. my friend needs to upgrade to CS3... he originally purchased version 7 years ago, and since then had upgraded to version CS, although all of the upgrade packages werent really 'legal' Now, he wants to get straightened out and purchase the CS3 upgrade, question is: will it work...- fluidkid
