Try URL http://office.support.xerox.com/ and then click below on Legacy Products. Once you use the pull down menu to select your printer, it will give you a choice between hardware and software support. Sorry about the bad link info. It went right to it when I clicked on it to check, but...
It took me a while to find this, so I am passing along to others in the hopes that it will help them expedite their printer downtime.
Here's the link on the HP site for error messages (not explained in the documentation I received with the printer)...
