    Only made a few configuration changes. It is hunt group 200. I made first digital extension 201 per customers request. So messages can be left but not retrieved? What would be the fix?

    I have a customer with a Norstar 824 30MVL07 DR5 software. When I attempt to set up Routing Services Feature it says disabled in Admin. I am trying to be able to route a call out to a cell phone. Any suggestions.
