The SSA is just for viewing, if it can output the data to a file, our programmers could read the file, manipulate the data and place it in our own software.
This is nothing new, when you run a business you figure things out without paying top dollar.

I understand, but you're never forced to use 3rd party software, we've done this for multiple Avaya outputs and with the Vantage phone system, it can be done. Thanks for the help.

I'm looking for a solution where the Avaya system outputs the live information to a file so that I could manipulate it myself, without using a 3rd party software, like the ones Pepp suggested.

Thank you, that's a good suggestion though I need the live info to be sent to a file so that we could pull it and manipulate it as we see fit, can system status output it's Actice Calls section to a file?

Our system: Avaya IP Office 500 V2 Version 10.0
I know I could use the SMDR output + a 3rd company to get the call logs.
But I want a way to see the LIVE incoming calls. A live log of an incoming caller (while the phone is ringing).
Is this possible?? It was possible on the Vantage...
