i looked everywhere in the programing book for where to allow it and i couldn't fing where you would allow that or what program cos is in. they also have a voice mail on the system. can they recorded calls be saved there or do you need aditional equipment to save the calls?

a customer need to send ou cid info and the phone company says that there old phone system used to send out that info. can that be done with this system or does it have to be done with the phone company. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
