Exchange lockout with correct credentials
Thank you for the suggestion. Her password was set never to expire, and we had in fact reset her password for her. I have watched her reboot, and she logs out completely at the end of the day, yet the issue persists. We've even tried clearing her cache in the hopes that this would fix it...- joshmindham

Good morning, We are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003, and one of our users is having a problem, as such: When she goes into Outlook, it prompts her for her credentials, as she wished to happen.
