    Thanks @amriddle01. On this case, I have brought another unit to test their analogue trunk line. On my unit, busy tone detection works normally. I think I have issue in version. The unit i brought is 9.0.0.829 while the other PBX is 9.1.336.1. Or it may be CPU problem i guess so...
