Has anyone done an integration with IP Office and Esna OfficeLinX? We have one where the message light is not working on the phones. The IP Office is receiving the event to turn it on along with the number of messages waiting, we can verify this via SysMon. If you then look in System Status...
I have a customer on 8.0.56, Basic Partner edition that is having an issue where when they press 2 to change their auto-attendant greeting, it just disconnects them. Not sure what the permanent fix will be, but in a pinch before the holiday weekend, I was hoping to have them record their new...
We've started deploying them and found them to be solid. Since they are CentOS based, you can get creative with remote access to the system as well. The main complaint that I have heard is that they introduce moving parts into the control unit that is otherwise solid state, referring to the...
Wouldn't removing the trunk to Site B create the same scenario? The users don't exist on the local system, so there is no match for the dialed digits. That being the case, I would expect an unobtainable message when dialing one of those extensions even with the trunk removed, no? Removing the...
Hello everyone. I have a situation where an SCN with Centralized Voicemail Pro has a node that is offline due to Sandy. So Centralized Voicemail Pro is located at site A, and site B is the site that is offline. Currently when users at site A dial an extension at site B, they get an...
Hello everyone. It's time for me to update my certifications and I was wondering if anyone knows what firmware level they are currently testing on. TIA.
Hello everyone. Has anyone had to deal with making the IP Office in an all IP environment with Voicemail Pro HIPPA compliant? I am being told that the hard drive on the voicemail server has to be encrypted, that the voice transmission has to be encrypted etc. Anyone have any insight?
I believe that if you define the Option 176 and only define the MCIPADD, it will look to the IP Office and get the rest of the configuration info, to include the AVPP if you have it defined in the System tab. Let me know if this works.
I think it was the IMS(Gateway) service starting before the other services were started. I set all services to manual, and wrote a batch file to start them in the proper order, and scheduled it to run at system startup. Seems to have fixed the problem.
After installing IMS, the voicemail server is hung on "Applying Computer Settings". I believe there is a specific reason for this, but I can not remember what it was for the life of me. All the DCOM settings were made before rebooting, any idea?
Huh? Hot Desk a user but then login without actually using the pass code that you set?
So user 250 has a login code of 1234 set under their Telephony tab. You are saying that they should be able to dial *35*250*# and login? Rather than *35*250*1234#?
Am I understanding you right?
...that they have removed the ability to login without having alogin code. Which is not great because our MO for rolling out phones is to create a *#XXX short code, and just log each phone in that way and then go back afterwards and do all the mappings by looking at System Status.
At any rate...
There was an H323 bug in the FVS318. Netgear put out a new firmware patch for it, but it did not fix it for me. It allowed the phones to register, but they would reboot intermittently, some times in the middle of a call. So I ended up swapping those out. The FVS114 and the FVS338 have worked...
