    The firts rule about repackaging is that you never repackage a MSI file it self. Use the office recource kit or Wise to create a MST file.

    Coldstone, Office 2000 is all ready a MSI package, and rule one of msi is, never repackage a MSI file. If u want to install office the way u want use "Custom Installation Wizard" from the Office resource kit that u can download from microsoft.

    To upgrade Internet explorer to a higher servicepack, it is not a good idea to do it with a snapshot. You can better use de IEAK from Microsoft to customize you upgrade/installation for the Internet explorer.
