Hi All,
I've trawled some backwaters to find an answer to this and I'm struggling..
We currently have GRTD running off our Symposium Express server. We've recently added a new application and skillset to our server and the new application is now available in GRTD, however the skillset is not...
Off the top of my head I've not heard of being able to send reports directly to Sharepoint. The way I'd do this (and it may be a bit long winded) is to connect directly to the Symposium database with Reporting Services, build your own reports, and publish them to sharepoint.
At the moment I'm...
Okie dokie..
So we've now got schedules set up on the attendant console between the hours of 8am and 6pm (0800 - 1800) and have data coming out and being captured by putty each hour. I'm then manually grabbing the file and deciphering the data inside.
Thanks to GHTROUT for the wonderful help...
Thanks RickyPony.. I'd be happy to RTFM if I actually had access to the manuals.
Unfortunately I'm not a PABX engineer and have been forced to come looking for info so I can get issues resolved for others.
Does anyone have a link for the manuals or any further documentation\information on...
Hi All,
We currently have an issue where we need to see when our M2250 attendant console is in night service mode.
I've read through various sources, many of which on tek-tips but haven't been able to find the actual prompts I need to enter to run the TFC003 or TFC004 reports, however from...
Thanks Utreg,
I hate to be a pain, but I've looked around and can't find the commands for running the TFC003 and TFC004 reports, little help?
Cheers,
Jim.
Ok,
I've now found out how to access the loads and have gone through using LD 81 to list info on call groups etc.
What do I enter to get the details of the attendant console?
Cheers,
Jim.
Thanks effort,
The problem is I'm a massive newby when it comes to Telephony manager, so I don't even know where to start with accessing the loads..
We've got a call logged with out provider that set up our phone systems.
Don't suppose you know off the top of your head of any documentation...
Thanks again!
That is the exact console we have. Strangely enough I just went for a coffee break and another employee let slip that night mode is being actively used when the receptionist is busy, which then forces calls through to the call centre, obviously having a negative effect on their...
Hi trvlr1!
Thanks for the reply.
I'll have to go and get the model number of the reception phone, all I know is that it's massive, grey and really old.
We're trying to prove the receptionist is putting the phone into night mode so doesn't have to deal with queuing calls.
I'll be back shortly...
Hi All,
We currently have a Symposium backed call centre with a number of agent logins that I can view through the Agent table in the Blue database, however the reception handset (extension 0) doesn't show up. I don't believe you need to log in to the reception phone. so I can kind of see why...
Yep, it's unfortunate. Could you perhaps get in touch with the vendor of your Symposium database and see if they know anything about it?
It does look like the only way to get this running is to install the updated stored procedures or go back to using the old drivers.
Cheers,
Jim.
I'd say it is very worth you reading through this post:

This might also help...
What error message do you get? I remember last time I did this that I could connect but wasn't able to query the DB.
I read the below post about 1,000 times before I finally managed to connect to the DB.
http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1263747
Also I hate to start at the beginning...
So you've previously been able to connect to the Symposium database from another machine?
Also have you ever installed these drivers before? Because installing the drivers is a tricky business.
Cheers,
Jim.
