I resolved the problem by reinstalling the sms site server. I was using SQL 2000 but it has given me all types of problems. I went back to SQL 7.0 SP4. Everything runs smooth as a slip and slide. I would not recommend using SQL2000 what a pain in the butt. -J

Do you have the client agents and client installation methods configured properly? Check those as well. Also make sure that the schedules are set to run for the time periods you want.

make sure on that dc the smsls.bat file is in the logon share. check by browsing to the logon share location (winnt 4.0 box it is in the winnt\system32\repl\import\scripts location) If you don't have replication set then the dc's aren't replicating the logon share. copy the smsls.bat file...
