Tommy!
Thanks for the help, I had to work a few more setups similar to this on this site, not exactly the same, but it certainly helped to know how this one works exactly. Much appreciated.
intigrant,
Yes, Line rings 201, if busy, or no answer, goes to mailbox 203. However 201 has another line which rings to it which must still go to mailbox 201. However this call does not ring x203, just goes to vm for x203.
amriddle.
It sounds like you are saying to create a group...
...The current solution has calls ringing an auto attendant with option 1 to ring group 200, or option 2 to leave a voicemail. ring ext opt 1 just transfers to group 200, and option 2 transfers to *200 which is a short code to leave a vm for group 200. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
The screws that go into the rack are not the type I am looking for. The machine screws are the ones I am looking for. They screw in flush, and hold the bracket to the IPO. Flat head, flush head as they are countersunk holes, and machine screws. I guess maybe I needed to be more clear.
That is the style of pan head screw. What I do not know is the size. That is not the same size, or the exact screw. This seems to be of no use here, I am just going to order the $60.00 wall mount kit again, and just use the screws out of it, and throw the rest away.
The screws I am talking about are the flat head screws that when screwed in are flush with the surface. The flathead screws are the ones I need. The head would be flush, not sticking out. They are the only flathead screws in the mix that I am aware of...
HAVENT HAD TO CHANGE THE DISPLAY NAME ON AN ANALOG PORT ON A DK280 IN SOME TIME AND CAN NOT RECALL HOW TO DO IT. ANYONE RECALL HOW TO DO THAT? IT IS A PUMP PHONE AT A TRUCK STOP, SO THEY NEED TO KNOW WHICH PUMP IS CALLING ON THE DISPLAY BEING CALLED.
The system was at .16, avyaya originally said take it to the latest and greatest, that is when the issues started. took it back to .42 and the issues went away. Just thought I would give an update.
digital 30 on the system, and have had no issues, did an upgrade adding a second PRI card. First some of the phones were showing an A only on the display, support sent my guy a new folder with bin files for the release etc, now all then phones on the system are showing just an A on the display...
Yes it is I had my guy monitor the outbound call at the tele-router, and he heard pulse, at that point we figured it out, and found the default was pulse. Thanks for the help though, much appreciated.!
