I have found that the user thought that any headset that was Bluetooth would work like the Plantronics 510. User was not aware that Nortel only tested certain headsets for full functionality.

I upgraded a 81c from 25.40B to Succession 3.0 with Sympsium and had the same issue happen after the upgrade.
