Just for everyone's information, the source of my bootup problems was because of the Ipod being plugged into the USB port during bootup. Once the Ipod was unplugged, everything booted up normally.
I'm wouldn't think it's the PSU since the video card boots up fine. Power must be getting to the Mobo if it boots up. All the fans are running as expected as well.
