Windows 2003 on a Dell Poweredge 2500 server
I suspect a hardware failure. I used the Dell server assistant CD to install Windows Server 2003 on a 2500 and it's been running for a couple of months with no problems. Perhaps if you update the utility partition you can run a full diagnostic to see if that indicates any problems.
