Yes! Thanks! I finally displayed the board settings and I only have 20 seconds of total recording time left- that sure answers my question.
Is the recording time increased on a VAL board (2501ap)?
This seems like it should be simple (but I can't find the answer!):
Definity G3i V9.5...we are attempting to record an announcement, it is directions to a location and apparently they are "in depth" because we keep running out recording time. How do I increase the recording time of individual...
Is there a way to list/report all subscribers and the last time they accessed/logged in to their mailboxes?
We have reached our capacity of mailboxes and I'm looking for a way to eliminate boxes that have been abandoned for 60+ days.
Thanks!
OKay, it was a permissions issue on the FTP client (it wasn't accepting anonymous ftp), and it needed to be pointed at the correct folder.
Working like a charm now. Thanks Bucky101 & biv343.
I do, click "commit", I was starting to wonder if I needed to reboot:)
My domain guy is working on the server now, he's thinking 2003 won't allow anonymous FTP. Thank you for the link.

This is probably ridiculously simple BUT it involves the scary console:
Our attd DN is 0 (duh), it currently routes to the 2250 console from the main voice menu or internal dialers, etc.
Our receptionist position went buh-bye, and I now need callers to go to a non-console phone when dialing...
I tried creating a route pattern, added the number to ARS table, gave it FRL=0, didn't work.
The only thing that has worked so far is an off-site vector, so we are using that.
I will check the priviliged setting on the dial list, however.
Thanks for all the suggestions and support.
Jeez! Thanks for your suggestions, donbott, (I tried them all) but this just isn't working. :|
I'm heading out to a local facility with a Definity (I'm not on one, so can't test here) to see what I can do.
If I figure out what the prob is, I'll report back.
Oh dear, we must very FAC-challenged. :(
It just doesn't seem to work, they are getting a waveoff. You say you have tested it? Can you please tell me what your COR values are?
I wonder if I'm missing a setting...
Sorry, I think my post disappeared.
My tester says he is getting a dial tone after entering the code, then the dial code doesn't work. Are we missing something??
I'm having a tester at another site try the same deal just in case:)
DonBott, I did try the group abbreviated dial list; however, my tester (I'm off site) gets a waveoff as soon as he dials a 9. How can we get around this?
Hello, please throw suggestions at me- I'm going batty.
I have mutlitudes of restricted sets (station-to-station calls only) that need access to one toll free number for the HelpDesk.
What I Have Already Tried:
Changed the Calling Party Restriction on the COR from OUTBOUND to ALL-TOLL, added...
Yes, we do that but it happens so frequently that we run out of wall phones. They are used by officers in prison housing units and they are well abused -the phones, course, not the officers! :)
Thanks!!
