The reply address of each email I send is stored in a table in my DB. I'm using xp_sendmail to send an email. The problem is, I can't substitute the return email address. It uses the return address of the mail account used to process the outgoing mail.

Any good resources out there to assist migrating from SQL 7 to SQL 2000. So far I simply backed up the SQL 7 databases and restored them on sql 2000. Early testing shows no problems.

Is there any way to modify the return email address when sending email from SQL Server?

I'm running SQL Server 7.0 When running a stored procedure that access data or calls another stored proc in a linked server, I sometimes get a timeout error. If I rerun the proc again, it works. Any ideas what the problem or solution is???
