    Hi Shirley - unless I'm completely missing the point, you shouldn't have to convert/import anything. If you are technically capable of replacing the defects module of TestDirector with ClearQuest, I'd suggest that you try installing the ClearQuest add-in from Mercury on your TestDirector...
