I need to know how to share Excel files among a group of people and if someone changes the file will Excel be able to display the changes made by another person to that file.

The problem is that it is for a customer of mine and he wants to use Microsoft word as his editor. I know how to setup an ordinary signature through outlook.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
