Unfortunately you will have to reprogram from scratch. you can only backup the settings and restore to the same release of processer you backed up from.. Hope this helps, Kyle

Thanks TouchToneTommy, figured it wasn't an amplifier, I got Jenne Distributors on the phone and they recommended a 103 decibel Wheelock UTA-1 so we ordered one of those for our customer.. supposedly it plugs directly into a station port and thats it.. thanks for the help!
Hmmm.. dumb question but which pins do I hook the Loudspeaker too.. I've got 19 and 20 going to a station port and have tried several loudspeakers on 13 and 15 but I can't get anything louder than a very faint ring coming out of the loudspeaker through the pagepal.

Sounds like a bad power supply on one of your modules, likely your processor module, probably overheating and the unit needs to be replaced.

Caller ID Number is appearing automatically on lines 1 and 2, but not on line 3.. Once line 3 is answered it shows caller ID info, so it is definitely ordered on that line, just need to program it so it shows immediately like the first 2 lines.. any thoughts?

You nailed it.. I Removed the VM Card and reinserted and powered back up and works like new again!

When I was out there the other day I tried everything you mentioned, just not in the exact sequence you listed. I rebooted the acs. reinitialized both mailboxes, defualted the voicemail by cutting down the # of mailboxes and then returning it to 16 boxes.. none of that worked...
Any more thoughts or suggestions?
When I manually turned the light off, then it wouldn't come back on when there was a message left and when I would do feature 09 to manually turn the light on it won't go off when all of the messages are erased

everything works perfect and it takes messages, its just the light is always on and they want it to work...
I know I have atleast 2 customers that I was able to accomplish this forwarding without using remote call forwarding, but I have forgotten how to do it.. Let me try the Feature 03 and then the number at the receptionist phone.
The receptionist wants to be able to transfer calls to an offsite technician and then be able to hang up and the other 2 parties stay on the line with each other. Is this possible?
