I was unable to find the Erase Main Load menu option (the only option presented under Diagnostics was Last Assert/Except"). I was, however, able to get the phone to boot without interaction by selecting the "Erase PIN" and "Reset Default" options. I intended to try the same on the first phone...
Unfortunately, I don't have access to another system to connect them to. The firmware was upgraded, however, when I first attempted to put these phones into service as they had been sitting on the shelf for quite some time and our MCD has been upgraded several times since they were last used...
Thank you for the response sarond. I'd be thrilled if it were a stuck key, alas, I've confirmed all keys move freely and none appear to be depressed.
