    How do I add missing fields to filters

    There are a number of fields missing from the field name drop down in filters when I go to create a filter. They were there before but have now disappeared. Anyone know how I can re-add them again?

    Scheduled call alerts delayed

    I'm not sure when the database was last re-indexed... not for a while, altyhough I'm not sure how to do it... We are using GM 5.7. I tried uninstalling his GM and erasing his username and setting up a new one in case it was his settings casuing the problem, but it didn't make any difference.
