    I had the same Evts and Alrms and it was fixed by changing the DTI card. MICS 4.1

    If you are using T1 no Pri then you have no caller Id, and many companies are now using telemarketing block devices to block calls from callers with no caller id. This may be the reason.

    Thanks for the replies, The programming is good (all E&M), some of the users are experiencing (no service) on lines some times but it moves from one line to another. The Telco did monitor the T1 for a while and they say it is clean
