Hi, can anyone shed some light on this problem please?
I have and ACD path that overflows to *410 which is a NameTag to a Multi-level Auto Attendant (410). This MLAA has one level of options. Each of these options places the caller into a new ACD path. This all works great with agents logged...
Oh, I didn't know that was how the hotdesk ACD agent worked. I need to look into that as it may solve another question I am being asked about here. Thanks for that insight!
The key is attached to the phone itself as far as I can see. I have no idea how you would attach the keys to an ACD agent's login. I have never seen that in the software.
Now you see why I am mystified!
Yes, that is exactly how it is setup, however, this second line doesn't ring unless the user is logged into the ACD system. I was expecting it to ring whether they are logged in or not.
Hi,
We have a few ACD queues that are set with a common exit point if the queue is unavailable. I'm confused because the exit point is voicemail 401 but the directory number shown as the exit point of the queue is *401.
What is the * all about?
Sorry, I don't know what you mean. These additional numbers are setup as single line keys on the phones they would normally log in on. The problem is, they aren't always logged in as they have reasons to only log in at certain times but I need this additional number on the ring group to ring at...
Hi all,
Mitel 3300MXe, Mitel 5215 IP Phones
I've got some users who have their phones set as ACD devices since they log into them to join certain ACD queues.
I need to make four of them in a ring group as well on a different number, so if that number is dialled then all the phones in the ring...
I wonder if anyone can assist with this. When I try to send outgoing calls to our Samsung Ubigate SIP gateway that emulates ISDN to our 3300MXe, the Ubigate only gets the digits sent once the 3300 starts to outpulse. So, if we set the 3300 to outpulse after 6 digits (we dial 9 for an outside...
I'll need to take a look through all the numbers to check out if there will be any problems. I can see the principle you are applying and I have to say it is very clever! If there are problems with uniqueness I think I can use your methods to work around them.
I'll let you know how I get on...
Just called into work and checked that the Networking Option is enabled, however we are only licensed for IP Networking and not XNET Networking. I did notice you referred to XNET in your instructions.
I'll take a look at your instructions properly on Monday morning when I'm properly back at...
If you mean, do we know all the physical numbers that clients can call to get to us, yes, we do. If you mean, do we know the numbers of the actual callers, then no we don't until they call.
